HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

Make sure to select the option that corresponds to your request.

Exchanges for convenience: Our customers have the right to exchange an item within 30 days of the purchase date. For online purchases, the 30-day period begins upon receipt of the product. The product must have its original tags and packaging.

For color exchanges, the customer must pay any difference. If the purchase was made with a discount and the customer wishes to exchange a product for a color, they must pay the difference. The discount will only be honored if the exchange is for a size, same color. (Applies to footwear and clothing)

An exchange for a different product than the original purchase will result in a balance due and must be fully covered. If the balance exceeds the amount due, the difference must be paid.



CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

You must select the product you wish to exchange or return. For exchanges, select the product, and for returns, select Return.

Remember that in the case of a return or due to size, the product must be returned with all its tags and no evidence of use.

All refunds are made to your Mercado Pago account, as this is the platform we use when processing your purchase.

If you paid by credit card, the refund will be made to your payment method and will be reflected in your next billing statement.




If you canceled by debit, the money will be returned to your Mercado Pago account. If you don't have one, simply log in to https://www.mercadopago.cl/ with the email address you registered for the purchase, request a password change, and follow the authentication steps.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ONLINE PURCHASE IN STORE?

If you prefer to exchange your item in-store, you must do so directly at Bubba Stores with your receipt, invoice, or exchange ticket, which was sent to your email at the time of purchase.

WHERE DO I FIND MY PURCHASE RECEIPT?

Your purchase receipt should arrive at the email address associated with your online purchase with the subject line: "Electronic Document Submission," where you'll find a link to download it. Remember, you don't need to print it; you can present it from your phone in the store.
