Exchanges and returns

  1. CHANGES

Shopping on the Website

  1. Enter the order number and the email address used to register the purchase, and click Continue. *If you want to return a gift, just enter the order number.
  2. Select the products you would like to exchange, the reason for the exchange, and attach a photo of the product(s). Click Continue. (*If exchanging for personal reasons, upload a photo of the label. If exchanging for damaged products, upload a photo of the damage or defect.)
  3. Search and select the products you would like to exchange. (*The amount must be equal to or greater than the amount. If it is less and you want a refund, you must contact contacto@bubba-bags.com )
  4. Complete the requested information.
  5. Select one of our withdrawal options.
  6. Confirm your RUT.
  7. Request the change.

Shopping in a Physical Store

  1. Present the receipt and the product in its original condition. You have 30 days to request an exchange at any of our physical stores. If the exchange is for warranty purposes, you must also present the receipt and the damaged product.
  2. Choose the product you want to exchange. If there is a difference in value, you must pay the difference.
  3. Hand in the product(s) at the checkout and wait for your new receipt.

Shopping on the Website

  1. Enter the order number and the email address used to register the purchase, and click Continue.
  2. Select the products you'd like to exchange, the reason for the exchange, and attach a photo of the product(s). Click Continue. (*If the return is due to your product not arriving, please upload a photo of the purchase order.)
  3. Search and select the products you would like to return.
  4. Complete the requested information.
  5. Select one of our pickup options. If you didn't receive your order because it was lost or returned, you can still select courier.
  6. Select Mercado Pago and click next.
  7. Confirm your RUT.
  8. Request a refund. *Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the request is submitted.

Shopping in a Physical Store

  1. Present the Transbank receipt and ticket along with the product in its original condition. You have 10 days from the date of purchase to return it at any of our stores. *We do not issue cash refunds. Refunds are processed via bank transfer and are subject to a 10-business-day processing period.

Time

1. Withdrawal: All our customers have 10 days to withdraw from their purchase, depending on the origin. In-store, the reference date is the date of purchase; online, it is from receipt of the product.

2.- Exchange: All our customers have 30 days to exchange their product. You are entitled to one exchange with a receipt. In-store, the reference date is the date of purchase; online, it is from the date of receipt of the product.

3.- Legal Guarantee: All our products have a 180-day Legal Guarantee, for purchases made from 03/24/2022.

Conditions

1.- For returns, the products must be purchased in our bubba bags stores or at bubbabags.cl (Not for Falabella, Paris, Mercado Libre, Dafiti, Ripley, or any other business with a different name). For exchanges, you must present the bubba receipt, with which you can make any exchanges in our stores.

2.- Exchange for convenience: Our customers have the right to exchange an item within 30 days of the purchase date. For online purchases, the 30-day period begins upon receipt of the product. The product must have its original tags and packaging.

  • The value paid will be honored if the customer requests an exchange for the same product or a different size. (Applies to footwear and clothing.)
  • In the case of color changes, the customer must cancel the difference if there is one.
  • If the purchase was made with a discount and the customer wishes to exchange a product for a different color, they must pay the corresponding difference. The discount will only be honored if the exchange is for a size and the same color. (Applies to footwear and apparel)
  • If the customer wishes to exchange the product for a different product than the original purchase, the balance will be due and must be covered in full. If it exceeds the amount due, the difference must be paid.

3.- Warranty Exchange: Our customers have the right to request a warranty exchange of their products within 180 days of the purchase date.

  • The value paid for the product will be honored if the customer selects the same product. If the product is out of stock, the customer can select the same model in a different color.
  • If you wish to select another product, you will be entitled to the amount originally paid for the purchase.

4.- Returns: Our customers have 10 consecutive days from the date of purchase to request a refund based on expectations. For online purchases, customers can request a refund up to 10 days after receiving the product.

  • Product must be with its original tags and packaging.
  • For in-store returns, customers must present a receipt proving the purchase and fill out the form provided in-store, which requests bank details, email address, phone number, and tax ID number. A bank transfer will be processed within 10 business days.
  • For refunds on website purchases, the customer must submit the request through https://bubbabags.reversso.cl/ or select the option "Refunds by Customer Expectations - Withdrawal".

5.- Warranty Return: Our customers have 180 days to request a refund under the warranty for a product defect due to a manufacturing defect.

  • The following are considered manufacturing defects: zippers, seams, snaps, handles, fabric tears, lids and seals.
  • To make the request, the customer must present the product and the receipt proving the purchase.
  • For refunds on in-store purchases, you must provide bank details, email address, phone number, and tax ID number.
  • For refunds on website purchases, the customer must submit the request through https://bubbabags.cl/pages/cambios-y-devolucion and select the Refund Guarantee option.
  • Damage to the product will be verified to determine whether it is a manufacturing defect or misuse by the customer.
