Exchanges and returns

Online Shopping

  1. Enter your order number, the email address used to register the purchase, and click continue. *To return a gift, simply enter your order number.
  2. Select the products you would like to exchange, the reason for the exchange, and attach a photo of the product(s), then click continue. (*If it's an exchange due to personal preference, upload a photo of the label; if it's an exchange due to a damaged product, upload a photo of the damage or defect.)
  3. Search and select the products you would like to exchange them for. (*The amount must be equal to or greater than the original purchase price. If the exchange rate is lower and you would like a refund, please contact us.) contact@bubba-bags.com
  4. Complete the requested information.
  5. Select one of our withdrawal options.
  6. Confirm your RUT.
  7. Request the change.

In-Store Shopping

  1. Please present the receipt and the product in its original condition. You have 30 days to request an exchange for personal preference at any of our physical stores. If the exchange is due to a warranty issue, you must also present the receipt and the damaged product.
  2. Choose the product you want to exchange it for; if there is a price difference, you must pay the difference.
  3. Hand over the product(s) at the checkout and wait for your new receipt.

Online Shopping

  1. Enter the order number, the email address used to register the purchase, and click continue.
  2. Select the products you would like to exchange, the reason for the exchange, and attach a photo of the product(s), then click continue. (*If the return is due to your product not arriving, upload a photo of the purchase order).
  3. Search and select the products you would like to return.
  4. Complete the requested information.
  5. Select one of our pickup options. If you didn't receive your order because it was lost or returned, still select courier.
  6. Select Mercado Pago and click next.
  7. Confirm your RUT.
  8. Request a refund. *Refunds take up to 10 business days to process after the request is submitted.

In-Store Shopping

  1. Present the receipt and Transbank ticket along with the product in its original condition. You have 10 days from the date of purchase to return it to any of our stores. *We do not offer cash refunds. Refunds are processed via bank transfer and take up to 10 business days to complete.

Time

1. Right of Withdrawal: All our customers have 10 days to withdraw from the purchase, depending on the origin. In-store, the reference date is the purchase date; for online purchases, it is from the date of receipt of the product.

2. Exchanges: All our customers have 30 days to exchange a product if they wish. You are entitled to one exchange per receipt. In-store, the reference date is the purchase date; for online purchases, it is the date of product receipt.

3.- Legal Guarantee: all our products have a 180-day Legal Guarantee, for purchases made from 24-03-2022.

Conditions

1.- For returns, products must be purchased in our bubba bags stores or on bubbabags.cl (Not for Falabella, Paris, Mercado Libre, Dafiti, Ripley, or any store with a different business name). For exchanges, present the bubba receipt; with it, you can make any exchange in our stores.

2. Exchange for personal preference: Our customers have the right to exchange an item within 30 days of the purchase date. For online purchases, the 30 days begin from the date of receipt of the product. The product must have its original tags and packaging.

  • The price paid will be honored if the customer requests an exchange for the same product in a different size. (Applies to footwear and clothing).
  • In the case of changes due to color, the customer must pay the difference if there is one.
  • If a purchase was made with a discount and the customer wishes to exchange the product for a different color, they must pay the difference in price. The discount will only be honored if the exchange is for a different size and color. (Applies to footwear and clothing)
  • If the customer wishes to exchange the product for a different one than the original purchase, they will have a credit balance which must be paid in full; if the amount exceeds the credit balance, they must pay the difference.

3.- Exchange under Warranty: our customers have the right to request an exchange under warranty for products within a period of 180 days from the date of purchase.

  • The price paid for the product will be honored if the customer selects the same product. If the product is out of stock, they can select the same model in a different color.
  • If you wish to select another product, you will receive a credit for the amount originally paid for the purchase.

4. Returns for Withdrawal: Our customers have 10 consecutive days from the date of purchase to request a refund for unmet expectations. In the case of online purchases, the customer may request withdrawal from the purchase up to 10 days after receiving the product.

  • The product must be with its original labels and in its packaging.
  • For returns of purchases made in a physical store, the customer must present a receipt that proves the purchase, and fill out the form provided in the store where bank details, email contact, telephone contact, RUT are requested, and after 10 business days the bank transfer will be made.
  • For refunds on online purchases, the customer must submit the request through https://bubbabags.reversso.cl/ and select the option "Refunds for Customer Expectations - Withdrawal".

5.- Warranty Return: Our customers have 180 days to request a refund under the warranty for products with factory defects.

  • The following are considered factory defects: zippers, seams, snaps, handles, seals.
  • To make the request, the customer must present the product and the receipt that proves the purchase.
  • For refunds of purchases made in a physical store, you must provide bank details, email contact, telephone contact, and RUT (Chilean tax ID).
  • For refunds on online purchases, the customer must submit the request through https://bubbabags.cl/pages/cambios-y-devolucion and select the Guaranteed Money Refunds option.
  • The damage to the product will be verified to determine if it is a factory defect or misuse on the part of the customer.
