What are the delivery times?

Can I buy and pick up in store?
Yes, you have 5 business days to pick up your order from the moment you receive the WhatsApp confirmation that the product is ready for pickup.
At which physical stores is in-store pickup available?
In all our physical stores, but these will depend on available stock, so the selected store cannot be changed.
Can I change the store where I pick up my product?
No, as it will depend on the stock of this particular store.
If I can't pick up my pickup at the store, can someone else pick it up for me?
Yes, no problem. You just need to present a simple authorization and a photo of the ID of the person who made the purchase.
What happens if I don't pick up my order within 10 days?
The order on the 11th will be automatically canceled, a credit note will be issued, and the money will be returned to the payment method used.

How do I make a change?
It will depend on the origin of the purchase:
Physical Store: You can exchange the product by presenting it in its original condition, with tags and the receipt proving the purchase.
Web Store: you can make the exchange through Reverso https://bubbabags.reversso.cl/ . You only need the purchase order number and the email address registered on the order. If it's a gift, just enter the purchase order number.
How can I make the change if I lost my ticket?
You must send an email to contacto@bubba-bags.com to retrieve your ticket.
What is the exchange period?
The maximum period for change is 30 days.
How many days is the warranty?
There is a 180-day warranty against manufacturing defects for purchases made after March 24, 2022.
Is the warranty the same for all products?
Yes, the same time applies to all our products.
Can I withdraw my purchase?
Yes, if the purchase is from a physical store, you have up to 10 days after the purchase date to cancel your purchase. You can do so at any of our stores, presenting the product in its original condition, with tags and the receipt.

Can I return online purchases to a physical store?
No, for web purchases you must make the exchange or return through https://bubbabags.reversso.cl/ .
How will I see the refund reflected?
Your money will be returned to your Mercado Pago account. If you don't have a Mercado Pago account, one will be created temporarily for you using the email address registered during the purchase. If you paid with a debit card, the money will be credited to Mercado Pago, and if you paid with a credit card, the money will be reflected in your payment method.
What are the conditions for exchanges and returns for special promotions?
Changes: If you wish to exchange the product for another color or another product, you must pay the difference in the value of the product you wish to purchase.
The amount paid will only be respected under the following conditions:
Size exchange: If you keep the color of the product but wish to exchange it for a different size, the refund will remain the same. Applies only to clothing and footwear.
